What We Do

Prometheus is a citizen science initiative that uses AI and machine learning to accelerate scientific discovery. We build open-source pipelines that screen millions of sequences for potentially useful molecules — then share everything we find.

All our results are computational predictions. Nothing has been experimentally validated. We're transparent about what our models can and can't do.

About

Prometheus is built by a small team using AI agents (Claude, GPT) as research assistants. We believe powerful AI tools should be used for real scientific exploration — not just chatbots.

Everything is open source. Sequences, models, code, results — all publicly available. If you're a researcher interested in our candidates, get in touch.
